We make what traditional production can't — and we make it look like it was always possible.

AI Film

Short FilmMusic VideoBrand FilmNarrativeEpisodic

Filmmaking has always been about constructing reality — controlling light, choosing angles, directing performance. AI film is the logical continuation of that process. We've removed the physical constraints. What remains is pure direction.

Antarframe produces short films, music videos, brand films, and experimental narrative content using digital AI video generation. Full production from concept to final render: script, storyboard, synthesis, color, sound. No location scouts. No cast holds. No weather delays.

The footage exists because we directed it into existence. That's the same thing cinematographers have always done — we just use different tools.

Our films are written for the medium — not adapted from scripts that assume a camera and a set. Every project begins with a treatment designed around what generative models can do at their best, and what they should be directed around.

Post-production follows the same pipeline as traditional film: professional color grading, and original sound design. The source material is synthetic. The craft is not.

Typical timelines: music videos in 3–4 weeks. Short films in 6–10 weeks. Brand films in 4–6 weeks. Episodic on request.

Production process

01

Brief & Treatment

We start with what you want the audience to feel — not just what you want them to see. From your brief or script, we write a creative treatment: tone, visual language, pacing, references. This is where the film is really made.

02

Storyboard & Shot Design

Every frame is designed before any synthesis begins. We board the film shot by shot — composition, camera movement, lighting logic, character placement. Synthetic production fails when it skips this step. We don't.

03

Digital AI Generation

We run synthesis across generative video and image models — iterating, art-directing, and selecting at every stage. This is not a one-prompt process. A two-minute film might involve hundreds of generation passes before we have the shots we want.

04

Post-Production

Color grading, sound design, music, and final delivery. The same pipeline as a traditional film — applied to synthetic footage. This is where the work becomes a film rather than a collection of generated clips.

Brand Content & Digital Ads

Synthetic campaigns for brands that need to move fast and look expensive.

CampaignProductSocialDigital Ad

Traditional ad production runs on fixed costs: casting, location, crew, weather, permits. Synthetic production doesn't. We build your campaign from scratch — AI-generated characters, constructed environments, product worlds that don't exist anywhere but in the brief.

The result is campaign-ready digital AI video at production-house quality. One brief-to-delivery cycle. The footage exists when you need it to, not when the shoot schedule allows.

We work across launch campaigns, seasonal content, social-first video, product visualization, and any brief where the image would be impossible or cost-prohibitive to capture on camera.

Suited for: Brands, marketing teams, creative agencies, D2C companies, product studios.

What's included

  • Campaign concepting and creative direction
  • AI-generated hero film and cutdowns
  • Social format variants (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
  • Static and motion asset derivatives
  • Brand-consistent world-building across deliverables

03

Face Synthesis & Replacement

Ethical face work for licensed talent — de-aging, replacement, and archival restoration.

De-agingRestorationReplacement

Synthetic face work is one of the most technically demanding areas of AI production — and one of the most misused. We do it properly: licensed likenesses only, rigorous consent frameworks, and results that hold up on screen.

De-aging allows brands and filmmakers to restore talent to earlier periods — for retrospective campaigns, brand heritage content, or historical recreation. Face replacement lets productions swap or protect talent identity when required. Archival restoration brings degraded documentary and historical footage back to clarity.

We don't work with unlicensed likenesses. We don't take shortcuts on consent. Every engagement includes a written rights framework before any synthesis begins.

Suited for: Brand ambassador campaigns, heritage and retrospective content, archival documentary, de-aging for licensed talent, historical drama.

What's included

  • Rights and consent framework documentation
  • Face tracking and synthesis across all shots
  • Expression and lighting consistency checks
  • Compositing and seamless integration
  • Frame-accurate quality review before delivery

Creative Direction

Vision and workflow design for teams building a synthetic media pipeline.

StrategyWorkflowConsultation

Most studios and brand teams know they need to be doing something with AI production. Few know where to start, what's actually possible, or how to avoid the projects that will embarrass them.

We provide creative direction for teams navigating synthetic production for the first time: vision and tone-setting, storyboard development, AI model selection, prompt strategy, and workflow design. The goal is for your team to execute independently — with a clear model for what works and what doesn't.

This isn't a tooling consultation. It's creative leadership applied to a new medium — the same discipline we use on our own productions, made available to yours.

Suited for: Production houses building an AI pipeline, brand in-house teams, advertising agencies, directors prototyping a synthetic feature or series.

What's included

  • Synthetic media capability audit
  • Creative brief and vision document
  • Model and tool recommendation stack
  • Prompt strategy and generation workflow
  • Pilot production oversight (optional)

Creative Content Writing

Scripts, treatments, and brand narratives written for synthetic production.

ScriptNarrativeCopyTreatment

Words that earn the image. Writing for synthetic media is a distinct skill: you have to know which scenes a generative model can render and which it can't — which directions will produce consistent results across a sequence and which will fragment into noise.

We write film scripts and treatments, brand narratives, voiceover scripts, campaign concepts, and series bibles — all built with synthetic production in mind. The writing describes images that can actually be made, not images that would look good on paper.

For clients who come to us with a concept but no script, this is where we start. For clients with an existing script, we adapt it for synthetic production before any generation begins.

Suited for: Filmmakers with a concept but no script, brands developing campaign narratives, agencies needing AI-production-ready copy, series and episodic development.

What's included

  • Full film script or brand narrative
  • Creative treatment with visual references
  • Voiceover and dialogue scripts
  • Scene-by-scene production notes for AI generation
  • Revision rounds (included in all engagements)
